Review content:
Have had our blinds for 3 years now. Have had to have Next Day back 6 times to fix them (different blinds). Minor fixes and they do the fixing, EXCEPT it takes 3-5 weeks to get them out to do the dang fixing. If you want to buy blinds, you can get them next day. If you want to fix them all of a sudden then they don't have any available calls (btw found out the same guys who fix also install- that is bogus that they can't come out right away). So overall I would caution people with this company as their emphasis is on sales, NOT SERVICE!!!
Pros: Blinds are good quality
Cons: can't get them back to fix them when they break
