If you are tired of living in an honest apartment community where your leasing manager and the major corporation that owns your local community tell you the truth and don't charge you for everything they can then you should move to Bermuda Estates or any other property owned and managed by Pegasus Residential.
Here at lovely Bermuda Estates you'll be charged for cable even if you don't want it, an extra $40 minimum per month for water and of course the always wonderful $10 fee just to give them money. That's right, if you want to pay your rent online like everyone else in America does in the 21st century then you'll have to fork over an additional $120 dollars a year.
Now keep in mind that this fee doesn't cover the costs of processing credit cards as they would lead you to believe because not only is it much cheaper for them to process cards this fee is also assessed to online payments from bank accounts for which they do not pay ANYTHING.
