Businiess name:  The Paw Patch Place

Review content:
The College Avenue Paw Patch location is now Paw Patch Place, and it has gone downhill. This last time I had to bring my pet in, the staff didn't even greet me. There were 4 women at the front, and every one of them just stared blankly at me even after I said my name and appointment time. They left me standing there, and when I finally got in the exam room, the assistant was kind of rough with my cat. They told me I needed a bunch of things and didn't really give me an option to say ""no"". Made me feel like a bad pet owner if I didn't want everything! At checkout, the bill was OUTRAGEOUS. When I questioned the receptionist about the charges she didn't have any answers, wouldn't look me in the eye, and just demanded payment. Go to Dr Tysklind at the other Paw Patch, or Noah's on the NE side. Pros: Good vets Cons: Crummy staff and prices, no parking
