Businiess name:  Chris Corrigan Moving, Inc.

Review content:
Corrigan Moving was contracted to move and store my house furnishings in July 2008 for construction purposes. On April 22, 2010 we had Corrigan Moving return our Belonging to our residence . As the team was unloading the articles I noticed all belongings were water damaged, moldy, and rodent damaged. I called Chris Corrigan twice, on the first call informed him that we noticed some rodent damage. Chris stated that the he has rodent control but could not control all rodent issues, I stated that we wanted to make him aware incase there was something that was destroyed, Chris said ""ok, call me back if there are any issues. As the team continued to unload the truck it became evident that there was severe damage. All items were wet, (I took pictures with a moisture meter to prove) mold damage, it appears that our couch was used by the employees to sit in the warehouse (the arms are filthy with greasy dark film, fabric is ripped and the frame is severely warped and will not sit square on the floor. our television stand is completely missing the wooden skirt, (looks like it broke on the guys and they tossed it. Bureaus are moldy and most of the drawers will not open due to the wet wood. I recalled Chris Corrigan to discuss and ask him to stop by to review the damage, to my surprise he would not come to see the damage and stated that there was ""no water issues"". I told him that I refused to pay the moving fee and stated that ""he should get his insurance company involved. At first Chris stated he understood the issues and said that we could call the moving fee a wash, after he realized that the problem was much bigger than that, he informed me that I had a balance with him. I called my insurance company to file a claim. it is apparent that Chris Corrigan is not the businessman that anyone would want to deal with. Cons: destroyed belongings
