I have to say I had a great experience at this body shop. My car was hit in an accident that was completely not my fault. I went around to a few shops and got the best estimate from Bo at Longhorn Collision so once I got the money for the repair from the person who hit my car I called Longhorn and talked to Larry who let me drop off my car on a Sunday when they're not even open, he personally showed up on Sunday to help me out. The repair was done excellent and on time and on budget as promised and the staff seemed to be honest and polite about the work being done and everything else. They even went as far as to give me a ride to the rental car place nearby.
