I AM WITH THE REST OF THE MISINFORMED CLIENTS OF CRESCENT BANK AND TRUST ,I ALSO WAS WITH ANOTHER FINANCE COMPANY(QUEST)WHICH SOLDED OUT TO THIS INTEREST EATING COMPANY,I HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT ,BUT GOT BEAT FROM THE CAR COMPANY(ALLSTAR) WITH A LEMON,EVERYTHING THAT LOOK GOOD ISN'T,ANYWAY I FINALLY GOT FED UP WITH THIS VEHICLE ASK CRESCENT BANK NOW TWO WEEK TO PICK THE VEHICLE UP,THEY TOLD ME ITS A THIRTY DAY PROCESS ,BUT STILL CALLING ME WHEN AM I GOING TO MAKE THE PAYMENT,I ASK THEM TO PLEASE REPO THEIR VEHICLE A MS.PITTS OF THE VIRGINIA OFFICE TOLD ME THE VEHICLE HAS TO BE EVALUATED FIRST TO SEE IF THE Y WANT IT OR NOT,MAYBE IT NOT WORTH INVESTING THEIR MONEY IN GETTING IT,I DID NOT SAY THAT WHEN YOU TOOK MY MONEY EVERY MONTH THAT I KNOW YOU WERE NOT WORTH GETTING ,SHE ALSO SAID THAT THEY WERE GOING TO GARNISH MY CHECK ,THAT MEAN THEY GOT TO PROVE THE CONTRACT BECAUSE I HAVE NOT SEEN ONE BETWEEN CRESCENT AND I AND I DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH QUEST EITHER MY CONTRACT STARTED OFF INHOUSE AND KEPT MOVING FROM ONE COMPANY TO ANOTHER, I CALLED AND ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR CONCERNING THIS MATTER AND A WOMAN NAMED ROBIN HORTON MANAGER OVER THE VIRGINIA OFFICE SHE SAID IN A VERY NASTY VOICE LET ME EDUCATE ABOUT THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU KNOW,NO I DON'T KNOW BUT IM GOING TO FIND OUT THE WAY CRESCENT CUSTOMER SPEAK TO YOU I WOULD GO ALL THE WAY TO VIRGINIA TO TRAIN THEM WOMEN HOW TO HANDLE A ACCOUNT CORRECTLY AND GET RESULTS EVERY TIME DUMB ASSES!
