I have taken my cars to Goodyear for 30 years until now. First they quoted $195 for front brakes and charged me $260 because of a $50 charge for clean and adjust rear brakes. Then the next visit they used. 0W20 synthetic oil instead of 5W20 oil and charged me $60 instead of $30. They big disappointment was that Norm was supposed to return my phone call and never did.
