I wish there was a way to explain it, but the story would go on and on. Bottom line: they screw you, they disrespect you, condescending, patronizing, and down right arrogant. If you have the option use anyone else... I even considered going back to dial up internet. Do yourself a favor and don't use Brighthouse. I pray every night that they go out of business! Screw you Brighthouse!
