I would not recommend Lake Shore Apartments to ANYONE. I lived there for 2 horrible years. The heat never reached the bedrooms and cold air poured through the windows. The utility bills were outrageous! They upped our rent by $100 every year. They are violation happy and will give a violation for anything. They will send you to court if you are 20 days late on rent and charge $144!! We paid over $1,200 in monthly pet fees/ pet deposit over the 2 years and still charged us $600 for new carpeting. They were not willing to work with us at all. I would rather live on the street than live there again.
