For years I have been taking my vacuum cleaners to Joe Matthews vacuum for cleaning and repairs. Everyone there is so friendly ~ always willing to take the extra time and very informative on any questions I ask. I am hoping to purchase my next Simplicity vacuum from them and highly recommend using them for any of your vacuum needs!! Lets continue to help the small business people who are AMAZING!!
