Comfort, care, and concern....that is what I received when I had to make an urgent appointment. When you are in pain you just want someone to make it go away. Dr. Cottle was kind and caring as she listened to all the steps and medications that had been prescribed to alleviate my eye pain. She helped me undestand what was going on with my eye, modified my existing treatment plan and made me feel relieved and welcome to call her if I had trouble over the weekend. The only thing I would change is perhaps a different form to fill out if someone is there on an 'emergency' visit and not a regularly scheduled first patient visit. Or at least a section on the form that indicates that it is not a normal first visit and a question about ""why"" you are there. But, that observation may also be skewed due to the amount of pain I was in while I went through all of the questions. My overall experience was very good, from the phone call, to directions to the office, wait time, and care from staff while I was there.
