Review content:
Brought my car to get inspected and it was rejected due to the treads on my front tires being out of spec by a 1/16"". They offered to replace them on the spot. I thought it was a little fishy that a tire company rejected my car because I needed new tires....so I thought. I went home and performed the penny inspection on my treads. For those who don't know the penny inspection, place a penny (Lincoln head side down) in the tread. If part of Lincoln's head is always covered you have more than 2/32"" of tread depth remaining. I then brought my car to get reinspected at a different location and my vehicle passed with flying colors. It cost my another $29 but it's better than spending $400 on new tires.
