picked up my dog from kennel with a eye infection which he did not have when I left him there, when I complained about it, was told it was probably allergies and they were not responsible for the Vet bill I had to pay to clear up the infection, reported them to the State Attorney Generals Office and also the agency for bad business practices.
Cons: they are nice until you have a complaint
