I came in on Friday, 7/3, only to find out that I had a 2 hour wait, so I scheduled an appt. at 11:30 am for the next Monday. When I came in as scheduled on 7/6, and after waiting 20 minutes in line, I was told my appt. was 7/13! I was there on my lunch hour, and the gentleman waiting on me understood that the person scheduling me on Friday had entered in my appt. on the wrong day, but he nevertheless assured me the work could be done then, and, sure enough, I was out in 30 minutes. I appreciated his understanding of the situation and the expedition of the work on my car. It saved me a third trip!
