Businiess name:  The Steakhouse At Circus Circus

Review content:
I looked at all the reviews before making a reservation and thought some of the negative reviews had to do more with price than the quality of the steak. Let's make this perfectly clear for anyone searching for quality beef first, price and service second. There is a reason you do not see Prime in the name of the restaurant. While this Steakhouse may have received many positve reviews, take it from my experience this is select or choice beef. It is certainly not Prime. The price however is Prime. I have without question had better steaks grilled on my home grill and consistently have gotten better steaks at Outback. If I am going to pay $44.00 for a Porterhouse, their 'Signature' steak, I expect a Prime steak. I did pay $48.00 for a New York Strip at Mortons in St. Louis a month before Vegas and you know are definitely getting a Prime steak at Mortons. I elected this restaurant to avoid the national chain steakhouses. I would recommend the reliable Ruths Chris, Del Friscos or Mortons chain restaurants or look for Prime in the name of the restaurant. Rest assured I will never make the mistake of going to ""The Steakhouse' ever again. Cannot express the disappointment of the steak! Grissle, tough...................... aggravates me to even think about it. Do yourself a favor and don't go here unless service is all you care about. Service was excellent. Pros: Service Cons: Not a Prime cut of beef, tough, over priced
