I visited this Pappadeaux location on 12/24/11 with my daughter and a family friend. We had a 7:30 reservation and were seated promptly. That was the first & last thing to go well during this meal. Yes, it was Christmas Eve, but they did not seem very busy at all. After we were seated, it took about 5 minutes to order our drinks. After we ordered them, it was at least 10 minutes before we received them. My daughter's Coke was flat and she sent it back - it was at least another 10 minutes before she got a fresh glass, that didn't taste any better, but she wasn't about to send it away again and go thirsty. I ordered a cup of lobster bisque - the only appetizer at our table. It took close to 30 minutes for this to come out, and only after flagging down the waitress to ask her where it was. I was just finishing up my bisque when the meal came out. My Caribbean lobster tail was ""okay"", and no drawn butter on the side. My daughter is not a seafood fan and she had a chicken Caesar salad that she liked. My friend had grilled shrimp that he liked. When we ordered dessert, my daughter and I ordered. Our friend waffled a bit about whether he wanted to, then finally decided upon creme brulee. When the dessert came out, my friend's dessert was missing. The waitress looked at him and asked, ""Did you want something?"". Really??????????? I can't remember ever receiving worse service.
