Review content:
I am a current resident at the villas at tustin. This place is a fire hazard with electrical problems that burned down the building next to me last month. The parking is a nightmare one spot per household and that is it no guest spots and the closest street parking after 5pm is about a mile away unless you want to risk being towed. I had parked in one of the parking spots for guests ( there are about a dosen to share with hundreds of units and most places the cars never leave those spots) and my car got keyed by another resident who left5 a threateningh letter like i better not park there again or else. This causes a serious situation and an unsafe environment for me and my family whatif i got approached by this vandal and assaulted. I also was not told of the endless construction and countless men who speak no english coming into my residence without notice. Scaring my wife and my kids. No appologies and no resolutions. I am in hell do yourselves a fovor and do not take the free rent they offer and become a victom like us. I gfave it one star because i could not give zero.
Cons: everything....fire hazard. poor drinking water from communal water heaters... constant construction....parking nightmare....fleas!
