I visited Las Vegas for vacation from 5/21/03 to 5/25/03. My experience there was wonderful, all except for my much anticipated visit to Planet Hollywood. My fiance and I sat at a table for about 5 minutes waiting for our waiter to introduce himself and ask us what we would like to drink.When he finally came over he was very pleasant. We received our drink and that's IT! We watched a total of 17 people come in after us and ate before us. We caught up with our waiter who was now ignoring our presence to let him know that this was unacceptable and he apologized and sent us on our way with free drinks.
