Review content:
Our water heater is leaking - we need a new one. Their estimate for a new water heater plus the pressure relief valve and expansion tank is $3900! But they didn't separate parts from labor. I checked the cost for parts and came up with $1200. That's $1700 in labor!!! For a job that will take no more than 5 hours and more likely between 3 and 4!!! Do the math. That's about $300 per hour. Really.
I will say they are friendly, professional and responsive. But how much does that really cost?
