Ive never been to a place like this! The staff was so warm and welcoming! It not only made me feel happy to be there but they all gave me the sense that they were happy to be there too! Working in the spa industry myself I know thats hard to come by.
My stylists name was Rick and he was F-f-f-fantastic! He told me more about my hair in the first 30 seconds of meeting me than i could have rambled to him in 30 minutes. He asked me my likes/dislikes regarding my hair, provided me with educational info on what I was doing wrong but kept the appointment upbeat and positive. He let me vent my frustrations w my curly hair although I'm sure he hears the same stuff all day long. I was completely comfortable and I laughed the whole way through. Not only did I leave Devachan with my greatest haircut to date but I had a smile ear to ear the whole way through! Thanks so much guys!
Pros: warm & informative staff, beautiful place, amazing cut!
Cons: that there's not one open in Westchester yet!
