Review content:
I've been to this place and thought it would be a good to have a gathering. I wanted to rent a room or make floor reservations and got the worst service. The rooms have minimum tabs and were booked, so no problem. I thought I would just invite a few girlfriends and reserve the floor. . So I print out the contract and reserve for 6 people and fax it in. Then I get an email saying they need my credit card info. When I call and remind them of what's on THEIR ""contract"" (that 10 or more must be confirmed prior with a credit card and oh, if you're not there before 10 pm they can still give your seats away), I get a blow off email saying people reserving for less than 10 and not showing up is hurting their business. Please... with the crowds and drink prices, I seriously doubt that. Get it together Spotlight or change your ""contract"" terms to reflect your business practices. So annoying. It's too easy to go elsewhere with way better service in this economy.
