Only added a star because I had to. We just moved here and got locked out of the house. Not because we didn't have a key, but because it's a really old house with one of those big black square lock boxes on the inside and the tiny latch was flipped up.. Anyway, we literally live right around the corner and they sent someone over. First looked at it and said there was nothing he could do and I was probably better off breaking the panel window next to the door ( cheaper to fix) but then just pushed the door open which was great but then charged me $ 45.00 for just putting his weight into the door. $ 45.00 %%^$& dollars?? Honestly, he knows I could have easily done it myself. If they wanted a new customer who just moved to the neighborhood this wasn't the way to do it, but they seem like they have been in business soooo long, they don't really care. I concur with the previous review. And if you ask me the good review is probably their employee or something.
