I could not agree more with the previous reviewer: I have had the exact same experience there. They definitely will give you a cheap quote over the phone but then when the bill comes, get ready for a surprise - it will be nowhere near what they suckered you in with. They are indeed very friendly and maybe that's how they manage to overcharge people without getting their customers mad enough to find another shop. They will not even discuss the overcharge - they just offer some vague excuse about how it took "longer than they expected." I would not recommend this shop to anyone: they are deceiving and the world has enough dishonest repair shops - I will never go back there.
