I kind of stumbled in to this auto shop about a year ago, and am so thankful I did. My last auto shop was good, but they were too far away. Shadow Mountain auto is better than good. My wife and I have 2 cars which have experienced a variety of problems. Every time, Rip, who you'll likely talk to when you call or drop in, listens to and/or explains the problem like he's your older brother. Numerous times I've heard him say "You'll probably need to replace it eventually, but you can wait a while and hold on to your money without hurting the car." As most auto places I've taken our cars to pressure you to immediately fix every insignificant little sign of wear, it's refreshing in the extreme. When they do fix things, they do it right, always following with "If you do experience any other problems with that, bring it in and we'll take care of it." I recommend them to absolutely everyone I can, because I don't believe any shop could be run better.
