I am about to undergo chemo and lose my hair. Despite online reviews trashing Bitz-N-Pieces for arrogance and poor customer service, I made an appt for a $35 consult. Barry Hendrickson and his staff are beyond arrogant and unhelpful. Downright insulting... unless, of course, you are one of the "stars" who's pictures cover the wall of the waiting room. I am sure the "stars" would be seen without a prolonged wait and would not be kicked out (literally) by the man himself because of asking for information that my insurance company asked me to supply to them.
