Rose Dental Group has a nice waiting area and some of the staff are friendly. Also they were very good with my 5 year old son during his appointment. However, they are not thorough at all with their cleanings. They do the quickest job at cleaning teeth that I have ever experienced. I always feel like there are a few areas they could have cleaned better. My husband who has braces is in and out of there about as quickly as I am which is terrible considering they have to clean around his braces. He feels they are very rough with him too, not considerate at all. Another negative is we never seem to see a dentist. At other dentists we've gone to, we always had our teeth cleaned every 6 months and the dentist would at least stop by for a quick look at our teeth on each visit. This never happens at Rose Dental group. The only time we've seen the dentist here is at the exam when we have x-rays. We will no longer be going to this dentist and would recommend you don't start either. Oh, one other thing, when we made our first appointment, they would only look at our teeth then we had to make a separate appointment for a cleaning which we couldn't get until 3 months later. Why wouldn't they just schedule a cleaning on our first visit when we requested it? Poor .
Pros: nice waiting room
Cons: not thorough, you don't see dentist on each visit, staff seems inexperienced
