Review content:
I wanted to address the comment that someone made regarding the owner being verbally abusive to her staff. I am a former employee of Dr.Hill and worked for her for many years. This doctor truly cares about her patients, clients, and employees. This hospital is a learning facility and hires assistants/technicians that want to work in the animal field as a career and not just any old job. The hospital is dedicated to educating the staff. There is effective on the spot learning. I never considered this abusive. If you are a client at the hospital you will know that she has her assistants in the exam room and will show them different techniques on how to handle a pet or how to answer a question correctly. She does not do this to be verbally abusive but to teach them the correct way. What boss goes out of there way to cook lunch for there employees daily? Come in on the weekends to help with training pre vet students, school projects?? Dr. Hill is a dedicated Dr. and wants what is best for each patient. I have had experience in previous hospitals and nothing compares to the quality that she provides. Dr. Hill thank you for all that you do for our "family members".
