Businiess name:  K & N Service, Inc.

Review content:
People forget when they call for service, they are paying a professional for the experience and knowledge to have it done correctly. Every one of K&Ns techs has at least 20 years experience and have been with K&N at least 10 years. This customer ELDU already knew she was paying $101 total for the service call (which covers fleet costs). Her review just shows how some people want things for free. There is one customer like this every single day. In the end, she was refunded $55, the entire labor amount, (not $30), and K&N still had to compensate our tech for his time, which was actually 2 trips. This is just the type of old-fashoined gratitude that Mr. Martin shows when he wants to make things right when they weren't wrong to begin with. Pros: Experience, knowledge & Mr. Martin Cons: None
