I am an extremely tolerant person; it takes a lot to rustle my feathers at businesses. I have never had a worse salon experience in my life. It was my first visit before going to Chicago for a wedding, and I wanted a simple trim. After sitting down to have my hair washed, I realized that my hairdresser was ill and started coughing and sneezing. She told a co-worker that she couldn't go to the doctor b/c her insurance hadn't started, but she never should have been cutting hair that day. Three days later, I woke up in Chicago with a terrible upper respiratory infection and had a miserable day of travel back to Raleigh and missed work on Monday. The cut was mediocre at best.

Cons: Disrespectful and thoughtless staff, cramped space
