Joe is a snake, who doesn't honor coupons. He gave me a total. I came back with a $250 coupon he had at HEB, and he said that he already gave me the $250 discount. The discount is no where on the receipt. And he sat there and argued with me that he gave me the discount.
Pros: great con artists
