Bad Experience! Bad Red Lobster people! This happened only 45 min. ago. The RL Irving (Esters) staff has no manners and are giving RL company a bad name. We had called earlier regarding their time schedule, yet when I arrived at the door 21:55 the door was locked and noone would let me my wife and 2 kids in. With temperature at 40' and for 15 min. nobody even came near the door to talk to us. I started banging louder on the door only then your manager finally came to the door at 22:10 to inform us that they're closed and that they will call the police if we don't go away. Can you imagine that? We, my family, friends (and more) shall never go to any of RL restaurants ever again due to their poorly trained and uncaring staff. RL must also have bad food then. Good luck and good riddance to RL
