Stay away from Charisma Salon. 1) When I scheduled my haircut I asked how much it would cost for a cut...I was told $35.00. When I checked out it was $45.00 and I did not even have my hair styled/dried. What a joke. 2) I was not even in the chair for FIVE minutes and the hairstylest had five products lined up in front of me as "MUST HAVES". She spent 45 minutes with me and only 10 minutes was cutting...the rest was selling product. 3) When I checked out I wanted to put my tip on my credit card. I was told that I could not and I had to pay cash or write a check. That would have been nice to know ahead of time as I did not have cash. I was told by the kid at the front desk to go to the ATM in the mall. I would not recomment this place to anyone. Save your money. I don't make $45 in 45 minutes...why should I pay someone that much to trim my hair and not style it?? Women need to stand up to these high priced salons...$45 for a haircut....really!
