My son was a student for 3+ years and when we decided not to go anymore we were asked to send a certified letter. We did so and they never picked up the letter. They then proceeded to charge me again when we hadn't been there in over a month. On top of that, in order to get a refund I had to go in to provide proof I had sent the letter, this was after I gave them the tracking number a month earlier.
