Is there a rating for ZERO stars' I've been living here for 2 years now and while the location is great, the management and their policies are ridiculous.\r

Every year they increase the rent to a level that is unreasonable. After the first year, we decided to deal with it since moving was such a hassle for us, but now that we're nearing the end of our second lease, we decided to purchase a home. As you can imagine, the escrow process takes a long time and Sakura was NOT willing to let us go on a month to month lease (even after I agreed to the "regular" monthly lease price). Not very accommodating at all. Apparently it's against their policy go to month to month...the minimum is a 6 month lease. My situation is very unfortunate, so for any of you who want more a little more flexibility once your lease ends, Sakura Crossing is NOT the place to be.\r
