Lone Star Glass is HORRIBLE at customer service!! They don't know how to call you when they say they will and aren't very helpful when you finally get a hold of someone. They don't tell you everything you need to know about getting a window replaced until the VERY last minute. They have NEVER kept an appointment and are ALWAYS late! I even had to wait around for a whole day and then a half of the next day because they can't look at a watch or care to call a customer!! And when the window was actually ready (a WEEK later) I again had to wait on them for over 3.5 hours (they told me between 9a-11a but didn't show up till after 11:30 and I had to call THEM to find out where they were!! So much for calling 30 minutes before they show up!) for them just to arrive and another 1 for the instillation. The ONE & ONLY positive thing I can say is, the installation guy was nice and at least he did a good job. Long story short - if time is valuable to you (like it is to everyone I know) then Lone Star Glass is NOT the company to do business with!! Oh and they aren't exactly a bargain - price wise - it was quite expensive!
