BAD SERVICE. The customer service is bad. People who work there are freaking rude. They are super unprofessional and have the worse customer service ever. I can understand why they have so many bad reviews because they SUCK. They never pick you up or drop you off on time. You have to wait 1-2hours to get a ride. If you call them and ask "when are you going to pick me up?" , They will say "Our driver is on his way" (yeah.. right.. somebody will show up in 1-2 hours.) F*** you guys!
