I will never use this repair man ever again. He came to "fix" our washing machine because water was coming out onto the floor. He quickly replaced one switch, which took him only 5 minutes and came out and charged us $150.00. He told us "It's fixed and it will not leak any more" We used the washing machine one week later for the 1st time and water still leaked out. I called Tommy to let him know that water was still coming out and that the problem was never fixed. He told me for him to come out again there would be another $65 service fee. I quickly asked him why would he charge another service fee when I am calling regarding the work he did one week ago. He replied rudely and said "are you going to argue with me!?" I told him that I didn't think that it was fair charging another service fee when he didn't solve the washing machine problem a week ago when he came. He than just hung up on me. Tommy just takes customers money and does not care about his customers. If you want to use Tommy, he will act as if he fixed the machine, charge you an arm and a leg, and not back up his work. Do Not Use This Repair Man if you want honest work!
