Got in a wreck in my truck bent the axle and broke the shock, It took them over a month to get the parts all together, then they found out they had to cut out part of the back of my cab due to dammage done to the rocker panel. If they had at least inspected the vehicle better before doing the work they would have avoided half of the problems that slowed them down. Dont get me started On Rod. They guy doesnt know the meaning of "CALL ME!!" If hadnt gone in, or called every 2 or 3 days, I would have had no Idea what was going on. Now my oil change place tells me that the fluid in my new(to me but really a junkyard low miles) rear end looks burnt. He told me he would look into what he could do two weeks ago. NO CALLS as usual. The underside of the paint work edges look horrible, but at this point, I am just happy my truck is back, as long as the damn differential doesnt lock up, Im done with this guy.
Pros: Works with insurance well.
Cons: Pretty much the whole thing, the experience was mind boggling.
