Review content:
I bought a couch from this store, and scheduled delivery. The morning it was supposed to be delivered, I get a call that it didnt pass inspection and will not be delivered. I tell them I need it, so they actually delivered the messed up couch and said they would do an exchange next week. Now the next one is messed up and will not be delivered and I find that out the night before. So, I call the store and their response was, I told the delivery guys to let you know a couple days early instead of the night before or day of. So, I have sat at home rearranging my work schedule and taking off, for no reason, and Havertys was unwilling to take anything off the couch for my time. I will never buy from them again.
Pros: Delievery Guys were great
Cons: It has taken several tries and I still dont have my couch
