I can't stand the ads this company plays on the radio?! The guys voice (Tom) is so boring/monotone!! He reminds me of the teachers that I had in high school that would practically put me me sleep while I was listening to them. I have to change the radio station every time I hear his voice. I was shopping for engagement rings about 2 years ago, but no one every recommended that I go to the Shane Co. That says something I guess. I ended up going to Costco and was very happy with my purchase (so was my wife). Costco's diamond rings appraise for twice the value that they sell them for. Pros: not sure; average jewelry? Cons: annoying ad campaign on the radio
