Pat Mazza could not have made the rental process any easier. A friend recommended her to me when I told him about a series of frustrating experiences with other brokers who had shown me properties that I had already seen and apartments that were clearly out of my price range. I called Pat the next day, and that afternoon was in her office, signing the lease for my fabulous new studio while chatting with my new landlord on the office phone. Pat cut to the chase, understood what I wanted, was candid and informative, and accommodated my needs. I will recommend her highly to anyone looking to rent in the Cambridge area.
