You suspect it when you walk in the door and it's verified the moment you speak to anyone inside: these are bike people. They seem to love what they do. I must have spoken with Allen a dozen times before I finally decided to purchase a Cycle Genius Raven recumbent--it never seemed to phase him; always patient, always helpful. That was a couple of months and 700 miles ago. The setup was perfect and they've helped with adjustments a couple of times since then--that's when you learn they really stand behind their products. Good advice, good products, good work. What else can you ask for?
