Review content:
This once troubled nursing home has really been the victim of poor management, staffing and unfortunate legal advertising. The problems have been fixed and they now have a dynamic management team and staff who have really bought into turning the facility around and showing the area how wonderful they really are. The last survey follow up was deficiency free and they are striving for perfection with the next review. The great customer service, warmth and caring by the staff is felt throughout the place. Give Franklin Hills a chance! You won't be disappointed.
