Been renting from Jeremy since he started 3 years ago at the counter. Since then he has been promoted to outside sales and continues to exceed my expectations. United Rentals concentrates on the areas that matter to me the most...... they hit their delivery times, usually take no longer than 2 days MAX to have equipment picked up, have an extensive fleet, and if there is ever a service call I'm usually up in running within an 1 hour or 2 hours which cuts down on time lost and has my crew up and running instead of sitting. I consider United Rentals a part of the team. Trustworthy, dependable, and consistent!!!
