This is what they claim on their website yet it has not been my experience at all!--- In addition to being artisans, craftsmen and horticulturalists, we are serious businesspeople, who always treat our customers and relationships with respect and professionalism. ---- I can not believe such a well known company in our area would treat its customers so poorly. Erb did landscaping for my entire development and while most of it looks nice several families have had trees and shrubs die and gotten little to no response with getting replacements. I have personally replaced several bushes and everything Ive put in is doing great. I have now had two trees die that erb has given me- the second one i believe was on its way out when they put it in! The trees are guaranteed yet we have been fighting tooth and nail just to get someone to come out and look at our dead tree! We paid a good price for our home and the landscaping package was part of that price! I feel we have been treated just awful especially by one of the owners. He never returns calls and when he does he is never pleasant. We still have a dead tree in our backyard and have yet to get a phone call back from Erb even after months of politely calling to get it replaced! With so many other good landscaping companies out there I would never recommend Erb- unless they get new ownership!
