Not realizing how much out of the way this address is for me, I drove about thirty miles to this hard-to-find address to consign some clothes. When I got there, a very unpleasant woman who was dusting the shelves told me they were closed on Monday. There was no way that I could know this and she made it clear that she would not make an exception, even after I told her how far I had driven and that I had had trouble finding the little street and the little shopping center. I don't know if she was an owner but, regardless, one should not be treated as if they did you a favor to talk to you.
