Review content:
I have been a very loyal Hyatt customer through the years with my extensive traveling. But I was very disappointed with this particular one. The only good thing about this hotel was its location, which is right on the river front. But does that mean they can really charge $150 more than the hotel immediately across the street? The room was big i'll give them that, but didn't have any of the necessary amenities. No microwave, No fridgerator, Very High Priced room service, and even Higher Priced Parking fees per day. They said room with a view, ha! Turned out it was an inside room with a view of the lobby. Over all I was not impressed with this facility.
