After a huge disappointment from seeing my very 1st Dermatologist last month with a Doctor on W. 38th St,, I decided to see Dr. Jackson about my sun spots and skin discoloration on my arms and face. My 1st Dermatologist appt resulted in a bad prescription given to me that was not related to my skin problems and a fat $300 out-of-pocket for a skin care kit that I felt pressured to buy. That same doctor was in and out in less than 10minutes for my consultation that I still had other unanswered questions. Dr. Jackson however was one of those doctors that actually listens to his "Patient's Needs" rather than the "Company's Needs". He was extremely professional and friendly. He was very patient and listened to my concerns about my skin problems. He was in no rush and answered all the questions I had. His recommendations were truthful and not costly. If you are looking for an honest person who cares about his patients, Dr. Jackson absolutely does JUST THAT.
