Review content:
We were loyal customers to the Animal Motel for 5 years for boarding and grooming. The last time our dogs were there Patty cut our dog's belly and didn't even tell us. We noticed when we got home. Both dogs acted very skiddish that night and for the next few days. When I called the next morning to ask what happened to our dogs she said nothing happened, when I asked her about the cut on his belly, all she said was the dogs were matted. Well, she cut him on his belly where there is no fur! I asked to speak to the owner and told him the story. He said nothing happened to them because Patty didn't write anything in her notes. I said well, there is a cut on my dog's belly and they are both acting very skiddish like something happened to them. He said, "Well, what do you want me to do, lie to you and tell you something?" That is a direct quote. I said, "Well, I can't accept that answer and you just lost a very good customer." He didn't care! I will never take my dogs there again and I encourage everyone that reads this to not take there dog or cat there.
