Review content:
Woodlake On the Bayou is an unsafe place to live. Your inside a gated community with a security hut and no security. There is no reason to use the gate clicker, you can walk up and push the gate open. Management the short female with short black hair is useless. She gives you a lot lip service.Their is a high turnover of employees in the leasing office. I have seen six to eight different faces working in the office since August 2010. The fence in the front facing the street is missing several of the post, and rails,so it does not keeps trespassers out. The Month of April there has been four burglaries and one assault that I know of. Maintenance are often drunk on the job, and smell of strong alcohol when they enter the home. If your rent is not paid on the second of each month their is a $50.00 late fee assessed on the third day. The bathrooms are just right for little people. The tubs are peeling and flaking they need refinishing or re-glazing.
